It is my great pleasure to welcome you to Berlin for the 2nd World Congress on Eustachian Tube Research and Interventions. From 23 to 25 April 2027, clinicians, scientists and innovators from around the world will come together to advance our understanding and treatment of Eustachian tube dysfunction.
Berlin—a city shaped by exchange, courage and reinvention—offers an inspiring setting for open discussion, critical reflection and new collaborations. Together, we will examine current evidence, share practical experience and explore the next generation of diagnostics and therapies.

SCIENTIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS
Please review these requirements before submitting your contribution.
Submit original scientific work relevant to Eustachian tube dysfunction, balloon dilation (BDET), diagnostics or a closely related topic.
Write the abstract in English and structure it as Background, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
Enter a concise title, all authors and their institutions. Identify the presenting author in the author field.
The abstract text must not exceed 2,500 characters, including spaces. Do not include tables, figures, references or identifiable patient data.
One signed-in account may submit multiple abstracts. Each submission receives a reference number and can be edited until the deadline.
Submission deadline: 19 February 2027, 23:59 Berlin time. New submissions and revisions close automatically after the deadline.
The scientific committee may accept, request revision or reject a submission. Decisions and feedback appear in the author’s account.
Acceptance does not include congress registration, travel or accommodation. The presenting author must register separately.
AWARD
The outstanding presentation of the congress will be honoured with the Valsalva Prize. Details of the selection process and award ceremony will be announced with the scientific programme.
